My husband John and I never used to fight…
But ever since I realized that virtually all of my weight problems were due to my hormones…
And lost 34lbs in just under 90 days..
He’s constantly complaining that I shop too much.
He’s not wrong…
But literally NONE of my clothes fit me anymore…
So what am I supposed to do?
Should I walk around wearing clothes that fit like a poncho?
Or better yet…
Should I just walk around naked?
My husband might say “yes” to the naked part 😂
But seriously…
When you fix your broken hormones (there are 5 total btw)…
And drop the pounds as fast as I have…
You pretty much need to update your entire wardrobe.
And besides, it’s not like I’m buying a bunch of designer clothes anyways…
I mean sure, a few times…
But that’s only because it’s just so fun going into those fancy boutiques…Basically all depends upon the calorie intake…….initially i used to take around 5000+ calories in a day in form of biscuits,namkeens, kachori,momos etc.
And the end result was my weight which came around 100 kg.
But then i started cycling with strict ban on my sugar and fast food intake and also few changes such as
I used to drink warm water throughout the day
Green tea in morning,around 4 pm in evening
No sugar instead jaggery some day is allowed
No refined flour like maida etc.
2 chapatis with curd in lunch and some salads
5 egg whites around 8 pm/oats also you can take
Cycled for around 1 hour daily(indoor cycling)
All this started on 5 april during lockdown and i significantly reduced my weight from 100 to 68 kg in span of 4 monthsI eventually weighed around 100 kg as a result.
But once I began cycling, I strictly prohibited myself from consuming sweets and fast food and made a few other changes, like
Warm water was all I drank during the day, along with green tea in the morning and around 4 o'clock in the evening.
No refined flour, such as maida.
Lunch consists of 2 chapatis with curd and a few salads.
Around 8 p.m., 5 egg whites and oats you can also take Cycled for around an hour each day (indoor cycling)
I started doing all of this on April 5th while on lockdown, and over the next four months, I drastically lost weight, going from 100 to 68 kg
